Joe Tawfik: Managing Director
Profile:
Joe Tawfik has over 25 years sales, marketing and management experience. He is actively involved in the call centre industry and has been outsourcing industry in Australia.Joe has been involved in every facet of the industry including sales,operations, consulting, and strategic development. He has been involved in the establishment of several outsource companies over the past decade and is a published author and speaker regarding the call centre industry and its future.
Joe has a unique perspective of the industry having worked with some of the largest organisations in Australia, designing call centre solutions to generate measurable value through outsourcing. Joe has designed solutions for companies such as Vodafone, NRMA, and SOCOG (Sydney Olympic Games). Joe has an Honours Degree in Communications from Sydney University and has partially completed a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Joe is currently a co-founder and joint Managing Director of Contact 1-2-1, based in Sydney, NSW Australia.
Martin Bill: Managing Director
Profile:
Martin has over 25 Years project management, finance and management experience. He has actively worked in the call centre industry and managed several IT and call centre projects.
Martin has managed a number of high volume, high profile Government and commercial contact centre contracts using all aspects of project management methodology. These services have been delivered on time, within budget and to the customers and stakeholders complete satisfaction.
Martin’s experience extends to companies such as EDS where he worked across 30 different government agencies and project managed a number of services.
His experience extends to operations and administration over a 15 year period prior to co-founding Contact 1-2-1. Martin is based in Adelaide, SA Australia.
Wayne Boden: General Manager, Operations
Profile:
Wayne Boden is responsible for effectively managing the national operations of Contact 1-2-1. With over 18 years of experience in a variety of business management fields, he has a demonstrated track record in human resource management and business development.
Excelling in operational management, Wayne's main focus is to sustain performance by effectively managing the resources of the company, and creating a good working environment for a diverse range of employees. Wayne is based in Adelaide, SA Australia.
